Time Wise Sustainment Manager® is a Web-based application for sustaining Lean improvements. After a Kaizen event, Time Wise Sustainment Manager® automates the scheduling, collection, and analysis of data for each Kaizen measure —the Kaizen Scorecard. Incoming data for each Kaizen measure is analyzed relative to the post Kaizen event baseline for the measure—the sustain baseline. Incoming data is then converted to graphs and charts for easy interpretation. Data points that are too far from the sustain baseline trigger email alerts to the Lean team so that corrective actions can be initiated.
Time Wise Sustainment Manager® is a rapid feedback and early response system that helps organizations hold onto hard-won performance gains. The result is a preservation of the Return on Process Improvement (ROPI) achieved from Kaizen events.
